DazeStack Cloudflare Manager (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our WordPress plugin (the “Service”) and tells you about your privacy rights.

## 1. Information Collection and Use

The DazeStack Cloudflare Manager plugin operates primarily as a bridge between your self-hosted WordPress installation and your Cloudflare account.

### Data We DO NOT Collect

We do not collect, transmit, store, or otherwise process your personal data, your website’s data, or your users’ data on our servers. All processing happens either:

**Locally** on your WordPress server.

**Directly** between your WordPress server and your configured Cloudflare account via the Cloudflare API.

### Cloudflare API Tokens

To function, the plugin requires a Cloudflare API Token. This token is stored securely in your WordPress database (`wp_options`). We strongly recommend using **Scoped API Tokens** as warned in the plugin interface, rather than Global API Keys. This token is never transmitted to DazeStack or any third-party telemetry server.

## 2. Cloudflare Integrations and Features

Because this plugin bridges to Cloudflare, you are subject to **Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy** and data processing agreements for the following features:

### A. Cloudflare Web Analytics Beacon

If enabled within the plugin settings, the Service will inject a privacy-first, cookie-less Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon (`beacon.min.js`) into your website’s frontend.

– This script collects anonymized traffic data to generate analytics in your Cloudflare dashboard.

– It does not use fingerprinting or tracking cookies.

### B. Cloudflare R2 Media Storage

If you activate the R2 Migration tool, the plugin interacts directly with your chosen Cloudflare R2 bucket. Your media files are uploaded directly to Cloudflare.

### C. Cloudflare Workers AI

If the Edge SEO automation feature is enabled, the plugin transmits the content of your posts/pages (stripped of HTML tags) over a secure HTTPS connection to your configured Cloudflare Worker. The Worker utilizes Cloudflare’s AI models (like Llama 3) to generate metadata. We do not store or review this content; it is processed strictly by Cloudflare’s AI endpoints.

## 3. Telemetry and Usage Tracking

DazeStack Cloudflare Manager **does not** include any hidden tracking or phone-home telemetry. We do not track plugin activations, feature usage, or server environments on DazeStack servers. The footprint of this plugin remains strictly within your ownership.

## 4. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
